he European Union is the source of several patent and trademark applications every year. The European Commission creates daily also other types of intellectual property (IP) in its activities and programmes. The administrative IP management of the European Union has been entrusted to the European Commission's Joint Research Centre (JRC). The JRC provides support and advice on IP issues to all the Commission services and EU institutions, bodies and agencies. The aim of the present open call for tender is to establish framework contracts for the provision of services in 3 different lots: lot 1: IPR-portfolio management, lot 2: IPR legal advice and lot 3: IPR-annuities and renewals management. The maximum duration of the framework contracts are 4 years. Tenderers can send offers for all lots.

Chaque année, l'Union européenne est la source de plusieurs dépôts de brevets et de marques. La Commission européenne crée également chaque jour d'autres types de propriété intellectuelle (PI) dans ses activités et programmes. La gestion administrative de la PI de l'Union européenne a été confiée au Centre commun de recherche (JRC) de la Commission européenne. Le JRC apporte une aide et des conseils en matière de PI à l'ensemble des services de la Commission ainsi que des institutions, des organes et des agences de l'UE. L'objectif du présent appel d'offres est d'établir des contrats-cadres pour la fourniture de services en 3 lots distincts: lot 1: gestion d'un portefeuille de DPI; lot 2: conseils juridiques en matière de DPI et lot 3: gestion des annuités et des renouvellements de DPI. La durée maximale des contrats-cadres sera de 4 ans. Les soumissionnaires peuvent envoyer des offres pour l'ensemble des lots.

Zahlreiche Patente und Marken werden jedes Jahr von der Europäischen Union angemeldet. Zudem schafft die Europäische Kommission im Rahmen ihrer Tätigkeiten und Programme täglich verschiedene weitere Arten geistigen Eigentums. Das administrative Management von geistigem Eigentum der Europäischen Union wurde der Gemeinsamen Forschungsstelle (JRC) der Europäischen Kommission übertragen. Die JRC leistet Unterstützung und Beratung zu Fragen des geistigen Eigentums für alle Dienststellen der Kommission sowie für die Organe, Einrichtungen und Agenturen der EU. Das Ziel dieser offenen Ausschreibung ist der Abschluss von Rahmenverträgen für die Erbringung von Dienstleistungen in 3 unterschiedlichen Losen: Los 1: Verwaltung von IPR-Portfolios, Los 2: IPR-Rechtsberatung und Los 3: Verwaltung von IPR-Jahresgebühren und -Verlängerungen. Die Rahmenverträge haben eine Laufzeit von höchstens 4 Jahren. Bieter dürfen Angebote für alle Lose einreichen.
