[EN] : The framework contract will cover a variety of services in support of the Commission's communication in the fields of employment, social affairs and inclusion and related EU policies, including for example:
a) assistance to communication planning and campaigns;
b) support to media relations;
c) implementation of DG EMPL's official publications programme, creation of content and development of other communication tools;
d) development of audiovisual material;
e) support to the development and maintenance of websites.

[FR] : Le contrat-cadre couvrira différents services de soutien aux activités de communication de la Commission relatives à l'emploi, aux affaires sociales et à l'inclusion, ainsi qu'aux politiques connexes de l'UE, y compris par exemple:
a) l'assistance à la planification et aux campagnes de communication;
b) le soutien des relations avec les médias;
c) la mise en œuvre du programme des publications officielles de la DG EMPL, création de contenu et développement d'autres outils de communication;
d) le développement de matériel audiovisuel;
e) le soutien au développement et à la maintenance de sites internet.

[DE] : Rahmenvertrag für Dienstleistungen zur Unterstützung der Kommunikationsmaßnahmen im Bereich Beschäftigung, Soziales und Integration.

Der Rahmenvertrag wird eine Vielzahl von Dienstleistungen zur Unterstützung der Kommunikation der Kommission in den Bereichen Beschäftigung, Soziales und Integration und in Bezug auf politische Maßnahmen der EU umfassen, so z. B.:
a) Unterstützung bei der Kommunikationsplanung und bei Kampagnen;
b) Unterstützung der Beziehungen zu den Medien;
c) Umsetzung des offiziellen Veröffentlichungsprogramms der GD EMPL, Aufbau von Inhalten und Entwicklung anderer Kommunikationsinstrumente;
d) Entwicklung von audiovisuellem Material;
e) Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Pflege von Websites.
